Main Water Valve
As an extra measure of protection, we strongly recommend turning your main valve off between inspections. This is the single most important thing to do for your home.
Air Conditioning
We advise leaving your unit on straight A/C (78-80 degrees) with ceiling fans “on”. Air circulation is key to avoid mildew forming.
Additional Services
If you’d like, our inspector will check your golf cart water levels, periodically charge the batteries and drive it to prevent flat spots in the tires. Also, if you’re leaving your car here and would like us to drive it within the neighborhood, just let us know. A Trickle Charger may be necessary.
